Duden-Bibliothek Installation Programmversionen 5 und 6

Hallihallo,

bin neu hier nach acht Jahren Suse und Ubuntu. Die debian-Szene gefällt mir, kompetent und nett.
Und ich erhoffe mir von debian mehr Stabilität.

Nun zu meinem ersten Problemchen:
Bereits vergangenes Jahr zickte unter Ubuntu Mate 15.04 die Installation der Duden-Bibliothek.

Mein Fremdwörterbuch und das Großwörterbuch Englisch, beide im Jahr 2005 herausgegeben, lassen sich nicht mehr unter der Duden-Bibliothek (dudenbibliothek6_6.1.0.0_amd64.deb) installieren.
Laut Anleitung zur Datenübernahme

soll das über die älteren Programmversionen jedoch funktionieren. Auch soll die 6er Version neben den 5er Versionen laufen können.
Also versuche ich mich an der Installation der Oldies.
dudenbib-5.2.0-1-debian-ubuntu.deb + dudenbib-5.1.4-0-debian-ubuntu.deb lassen sich über GDebi scheinbar problemlos installieren.
Unter dem Reiter --> Anwendungen --> Sonstige tauchen sowohl "Duden-Bibliothek" als auch "Duden Bibliothek 6". Duden Bibliothek 6 lässt sich über Mausklick starten, die älteren Programme nicht, und zwar auch nicht über ALT+F2 oder die Konsole.
Neuerlicher Versuch der Installation über Konsole:

Wie sieht den der Startprozeß des Programms in einem xterm aus?

Die debs Version 5.x wohl analog.
Demnach könnte der Startversuch Fehler zu fehlenden Bibliotheken ausgeben.

An Deinem letzten Befehl bin ich gescheitert, weil ich die 596 nicht zuordnen konnte; funktioniert bei mir weder ohne 596, noch mit Leerschritt oder ohne Leerschritt.

Das bringt so wenig.
Du solltest ein xterm öffnen (damit ist Verbindung zum X vorausgesetzt),
darin dann dudenbib aufrufen und die Meldungen sichten.

Das ist die Anzahl der Dateien im Paket, bischen viel zum Listen.
Aber Deine beiden contents kommen ja "nur" mit jeweils ~ 200 daher.
5.2 hat einige qt-Dateien zusätzlich.


Die control zeigen dieselbe Qualität wie beim 6.1-Paket:
Der Depends:-Eintrag fehlt.
Nach debian-Konvention sollten die Namen der Pakete sein
