Ich habe heute ein notebook mit Debian/Stretch + KDE aufgesetzt und bin anscheinend auch auf das Leseproblem mit der trusted.gpg gestossen. Der Witz ist, dass zunächst Updates und Nachinstallationen ohne Probleme geklappt haben. Ich habe den vagen Verdacht, daß mir das Software-Center
plasma-discover das Problem eingeschleppt hat. Mir passte dessen voreingestelltes, automatische Nach-Hause-Telefonieren nicht und ich hatte da einiges restriktiver eingestellt. Diese Einstellungen waren erst nach Eingabe des root-Passwortes möglich (ich glaube über kwallet abgewickelt oder so). Dabei ist plasma-discover zweimal abgestürzt. Auch
unattended-upgrades spielen da wohl mit rein. Warum ist dieser ganze Kram eigentlich per default AN?
Irgendwann später kam dann plötzlich:

Die trusted.gpg war offenbar auch erst nach bereits fertiger Debian-Installation am späteren Nachmittag erzeugt worden:

Ich habe daraufhin
plasma-discover und
unattended-upgrades deinstalliert (gebrauche ich persönlich sowieso nicht) und dann das /etc/apt/trusted.gpg erstmal woanders hin verschoben. Danach ist jetzt apt-get update wieder in Ordnung:
