Logitech G15 Tastatur: evtest zeigt nur Keycodes, keine Scancodes

Logitech G15 Tastatur: evtest zeigt nur Keycodes, keine Scancodes

Hallo,

ich möchte, wie unter https://yulistic.gitlab.io/2017/12/linu ... udev-hwdb/ beschrieben, bei einer Logitech G15 Tastatur die G-Tasten (G1 bis G18) ummappen. Das Problem: Bei diesen Tasten (und *nur* bei diesen Tasten) werden keine Scancodes ausgegeben. Die G-Tasten kommen über /dev/input/event28 rein.

Any hints, warum die Tasten keine Scancodes liefern und wie ich die dennoch via udev umgeschrieben bekomme?

Bitte keine Hinweise auf xmodmap oder die Möglichkeit, in den Symbolen herumzukritzeln. Das mapping soll ausschließlich über udev erfolgen.

bei xev werden die dann auch nicht reagieren, vermute ich mal.

Ich gehe mal davon aus, dass "niemand" weiß, was mit dem Tastendruck passieren soll. Vielleicht sagt der Kernel was dazu? (journalctl -f oder tail -f /var/log/syslog etc.)

Dass es unterschiedliche Geräte sind, wird nicht der Grund sein. Das habe ich bei mir probiert und es gibt
/dev/input/event1 => normale Tastatur
/dev/input/event2 => Sondertasten für z.B. lauter, leiser, Pause, nächstes Stück usw.
Das funktioniert bei mir.

Was sagt denn /etc/default/keyboard?

Da wirst du schon die Tastatur angegeben haben. Falls nicht:
dpkg-reconfigure keyboard-configuration
und die Logitech g15 auswählen.

Hallo,

in der /etc/default-keyboard habe ich die logitech_g15 eingetragen. "dpkg-reconfigure keyboard-configuration" läuft ebenfalls auf die Logitech G15 hinaus.

Hier noch ein paar Beobachtungen:

Ich drücke in xev die Tasten G16, G17 und G18). Bezeichnend ist, dass G17 deutlich andere Werte liefert und das Programm "Einstellungen" öffnet *wtf*

In den Einstellungen (Tastaturkürzel) versuche ich, diese Tasten als Tastenkombinationen zu betrachten und ihnen eine Funktion zuzuweisen. Dabei werden die Tasten wie folgt erkannt:
  • G16 - Redo
    G17 - keine Zuweisung möglich, der Einstellungsdialog wird geöffnet
    G18 - Launch5
Ich denke, es geht tatsächlich nur via udev - allerdings fehlen dafür wie gesagt die Scancodes.
