Ich mache als root:
cfdisk /dev/hdf
im cfdisk mache ich:
delete, new, primary, volle grösse, type 83 (ist das ext2 oder 3 unter debian sarge?), write, schreibe yes, dann sagt er mir:
WroNo primary partitions are marked bootable. DOS MBR cannot boot this.e.
Die HD bleibt unverändert.
Nächster Versuch:
delete, new, primary, volle grösse, BOOTABLE, type 83 (ist das ext2 oder 3 unter debian sarge?), write, schreibe yes, dann sagt er mir:
Wrote partition table, but re-read table failed. Reboot to update table.
Die HD bleibt unverändert auch nach reboot.
Zu den Rechten:
debianserver:/home/astro# ls -al /storage/backup2 (<- ist mountpoint von /dev/hdf)
insgesamt 5
drwxrwxr-x 4 root users 80 2004-07-31 11:43 .
drwxr-xr-x 5 root root 4096 2004-09-19 13:46 ..
drwx------ 2 root root 48 2004-07-31 11:43 .reiserfs_priv
/dev/hdf ist partitioniert mit einer partition (/dev/hdf1) mit reiserfs. die HD ist sonst in ordnung. Lesen/schreiben funktioniert. Der PCI-Controller ist ein Promise 133 irgendwas...
Mit /dev/hde ists genau gleich, da ist aber noch suse-system drauf.
Mache ich da was falsch? Oder ist das der Controller der da muckt?
Ich mag nicht die Kiste aufschrauben und alles umstöpseln...
