Lenovo T400s - eine gute Wahl?

Ich schaue mal ins BIOS.

Möglicherweise steht dort davon gar nichts, ist jedenfalls bei mir so, das wird einfach stillschweigend deaktiviert, damit der dumme Kunde bloß nichts davon mitbekommt...

Besteht denn die Möglichkeit das der Intel SP9400 gar keinen C4 hat?

Kann ich nicht ausschließen.
Was sagt denn powertop?
Denn bei mir steht da kurz nach dem Starten für einige Sekunden:

Your CPU supports the following C-states : C1 C2 C3 C4
Your BIOS reports the following C-states : C1 C2 C3

Also wurde hier C4 per BIOS deaktiviert.

Im BIOS konnte ich leider nichts passendes finden.

Vorschlag: Aktivieren Sie "USB autosuspend" durch drücken der U-Taste

Nun die GRUB-Bootoption ("usbcore.autosuspend=1") hat nicht geholfen, aber wenn ich während der
Einblendung des Tipps "U" drücke ist das Fiepen weg. Aber ich schau mir das nochmal genau an.

sorry for writing in English, but my German is awful.
I just bought T400s and put Debian testing. I only experienced two problems, thus having questions for some help:
Firstly, how can I turn off Bluetooth, permanently. I do not use it, ever.
Secondly, when I reboot or shutdown, just before everything turns off message appear:

[37.439999] thinkpad_acpi: THERMAL ALLERT: unknown thermal allert received

Why is this? Is it serious? How can I fix it?

This alert could be VERY important, for a thermal alert is usually only triggered if the machine is overheating. But since you do not describe that your laptop is getting very warm and the message is only triggered on shutdown, I don't think that it is serious. But to be sure check out the linux-acpi mailing list.

as far as i know the alert is caused by imperfect acpi-support, as the alert is given independent from uptime, even immediate shutdown after boot process.
