Debian9 KDE xorg probleme

Hallo
Bin neu in diesen Forum
Habe ein Problem mit Xorg und der Nvidia.
Die Nvidia Treiber sind installiert und erkenen den TFT Monitor auch.
KDE wird leider übergroß dargestellt, so als ob ich 320 x 250 stat 1360 x 768 habe.
Xorg ist installiert und die xorg.conf ist auch erstellt und eintragungen wurden gemacht.
Hat einer eine Idee was da falsch läuft ?

Ich hatte die eine 20-nvidia.conf und damit lief es nicht.
Das Nvida Setting Programm zeigt alles Richtig an.
Mein Problem ist das alles übergroß angezeit wird.
Der Anwender starter Menu nimmt fast den ganzen Bildschirm ein wen er aufgeklappt ist.
Zuletzt geändert von Dementor am 21.05.2019 13:57:24, insgesamt 1-mal geändert.

Richtig, eine reicht und die xorg.conf ist in dem fall auch absolut sinnfrei.
Und wenn es Probleme mit X gibt, dann wäre das Mindeste das Xorg.0.log zu zeigen. Ohne selbiges kann hier sowieso niemand etwas sagen.

KDE wird leider übergroß dargestellt, so als ob ich 320 x 250 stat 1360 x 768 habe.
Ich denke, du übertreibst. Default Fallback ist VGA mit 640x480.

1360x768 ist ausserdem eine völlig unübliche Auflösung. Das sollte 1366x768 sein.

Eigentlich sollte der Xserver auch völlig ohne .conf-Datei(en) funktionieren. Der Xserver holt sich die nötigen Informationen automatisch. Nur, wenn es wirklich mit diesem Automatismus Probleme gibt, muß man heute noch eine xorg.conf anlegen.

Was sagen denn die Systemeinstellungen von KDE ?
Unter Hardware ---> Anzeige und Monitor --> Anzeigen kannst du die aktuelle Auflösung sehen und (normalerweise) auch verstellen.
Dort ist auch ein Button "Anzeige skalieren" ----> eventuell daran herum gespielt und aus versehen verstellt ?

Habe jetzt mit der Grafikeinstellung rumgespielt und das Bild wird größer oder kleiner nach Auflösung, aber die Leiste und Menü bleiben übergroß.

Hmmm . ich finde keinen Aktuellen Monitor von Samsung mit dieser Auflösung.
Wohl welche mit VGA- Anschluss wie den Samsung SyncMaster E1920N. Der hat VGA
Was hast du denn da für ein Teil ?

Zusatzfragen.
Die Skalierung der Anzeige in den Systemeinstellungen ist wirklich 1 ?
Vor Installation der Nvidia- Treiber müsste ja dann nouveau aktiv gewesen sein. Hat es da funktioniert?

Ich komme mit den 160mm x 90 mm nicht klar (allerdings weiß ich auch nicht, was die bedeuten)bei mir sieht das so aus:

Die Zahlen stehen irgendwie in keinem Verhältnis zueinander (Auflösung)

Habe mal in einer VM (KDE) die Auflösung simuliert. Da kommt folgendes raus:

Es trägt jetzt nicht undedingt zur Lösung bei aber: Meine GT 520 gab nach 8 Jahren den Geist auf und jetzt steckt die GT 1030 im Slot. Der 430er Treiber läuft einwandfrei. Zur Schrift: Bei mir wurde alles etwas kleiner. Der nouveau-Treiber meldet unbekanntes Chipset.

ein 32 Zoll Monitor mit einer maximalen Auflösung vom 1360x768 . Hoffentlich bekommst du da keine Augenschmerzen.
Deine GraKa vergewaltigst du jedenfalls damit :roll:

Ich hab mal etwas gegoogelt und mir hier das Manual runter geladen:

Da gibt es ja jede Menge Einstellungen am Monitor selbst.
Hast du da vielleicht den TV-Modus aktiviert ?
Zur Auflösung aus dem Manual:
You can even view the screen at a resolution of 1360 x 768. However, you will receive the following
message for a minute; You can choose to change the screen resolution or stay in the current mode
during that time. And if the resolution is more than 85Hz, you will see the black screen because the
LCD Display does not support over 85Hz.
Glaub zwar nicht, dass das was bringt, aber probieren würde ich es trotzdem mal. In den Debiannvidia-settings ist die Auflösung von 1366x768 jedenfalls
auswählbar.

Du kannst die geänderten Einstellungen aus der Nvidia-Settings auch ohne Root- Berechtigung in deinem /home speichern. Das wird dann
als .nvidia-settings-rc abgelegt und gilt für deinen Account.
