Ok, irgendwie ist es mir nicht klar, was dabei passiert / passieren kann. Debian 10 läuft auch mit den alten Repos, vielleicht liegt es daran, dass es geht bzw. gehen soll.

Hmm.... bei Debian Multimedia ist das einfach, weil da immer was mit dmo vorhanden ist

Keine Ahnung ob die Repos da auch was dranhängen.
Sonst würde ja nur der mühselig Weg über synaptic bleiben, in dem man da im Seitlichen TAB die Quelle wählt.

Ich würds ja mit LEsen und Denken versuchen, dein Output hat mit deb-multimedia nix zu tun!

Da hast du genau eins der äußerst seltenen Pakete erwischt, die dmo im Paketnamen haben
Das war auch nur ein Beispiel, wie man bestimmte Pakete aus einem Repo filtern könnte.
Geht auch mit den Backports, weil die im Paketnamen bpo haben.
Ich kenne weder die Repos noch KX-Studio. Demzufolge weiß ich auch nicht, wie "verwoben" die Abhängigkeiten zu den Debian Repos sind.
kannst ja mal in Synaptic nachsehen. Da ist es relativ einfach zu Filtern (Tab Ursprung)
Ansonsten: Augen zu und durch / home vorher sichern.
Wenns nicht klappt, würde ich ohne viel Fehlerlesen neu installieren. Und das /home ohne Formatieren wieder einbinden.

Ich geh das nachher an. Meine Quellen sehen momentan so aus:
Sehen diese soweit ok aus? Backports habe ich deaktiviert. Jetzt fiel mir noch auf, dass in eine Datei base.list mit dem Inhalt
ist. Ist das irgendwie an sources.list gekoppelt oder muß ich da auch explizit stretch durch buster ersetzen?

Wozu die gut war, ist mir nie klar geworden. Irgendwann fing apt bei mir an zu meckern, dass da was doppelt ist.
Erst da hab ich mitbekommen, das der Installer da merkwürdiges Zeug in die /etc/apt/sources.list.d/ gekritzelt hatte.
Gleich mal gelöscht, und mein System lebt immer noch
Eventuell liegt es daran, das so gewährleistet sein sollte, dass zumindest das Main- Repo in jedem Fall
schnell geladen werden kann.
Denn wie man sieht haben deine sourcen sonst nicht dieses Feature.
Ich hol mir das immer von https://debgen.simplylinux.ch/
da steht auch für deb http://deb.debian.org ne Begründung, und was an zusätzlichen Paketen gebraucht wird.
und dann würde die für Buster so aussehen:

Hab's schon angeschmissen. Nach eine apt-get upgrade kam gegen Ende das:
Ich glaube da lief etwas schief. Das upgrade lief ca. 5 Minuten. dist-upgrade wäre der nächste Schritt, habe ich noch nicht gemacht. google findet auch nicht viel, ausser dass die Meldungen mit dem Niederländischen Wörterbuch zu tun haben. Vielleicht auch alles ok soweit?

Ein Problem nach dem anderen
Scheinst ja noch mit Stretch unterwegs (Processing triggers for systemd (232-25+deb9u12) ...)
ich weis jetzt nicht, ob es besser ist vor dem Upgrade aud deutsch umzustellen oder hinterher
Tendiere dazu das jetzt erst mal zu lassen.
und falls das Upgrade durchlaufen sollte hinterher umzustellen.
Also
mach folgendes:
Welche sources.list hast du ? meine?
dann erst mal
und dann:

versuche es mit deutsch new german 8 bit. Eventuell meckert er, weil gelöscht oder es wird nachinstalliert.
