Damals (unter Jessie auf dem selben Rechner) war ich dieser Empfehlung aus dem Ubuntu-Forum gefolgt
und hatte die UDEV-Regeln entsprechend der dort gemachten Vorschläge ergänzt. Mit Erfolg. Nun unter STRETCH habe ich es ebenso gemacht, aber leider ohne Erfolg. Es sieht aber so aus, dass die Karte vom Betriebssystem erkannt wird, darauf deutet folgendes hin (oder?): Auf ein "usb-devices" kommt:
