War naheliegend. Nicht, dass sich da was in die Quere kommt. Mit Docker kenne ich mich nicht aus, versuchsweise deaktivieren? Wenigstens Netzwerk dafür? Den NW-Manager hattest du mal "gepurget" und neu installiert?

habe ich gemcht -> leider tuts das auch nicht.. ich verstehe es nicht.. habe jetzt mal mein altes win. 10 Image wiederhergestellt und da funktioniert es..Wenn sich keiner meldet, saubere Neuinstallation! Ich gebe an der Stelle auf, hier können sich zu viele Dienste gegenseitig"beharken".
