Debian hat immer mindestens drei Veröffentlichungen in Arbeit: "Stable" (stabil), "Testing" (Testphase) und "Unstable" (instabil).
Stable
Die stabile Distribution ist die zuletzt offiziell freigegebene Distribution von Debian.
Es ist die Produktionsversion von Debian, jene Version, die wir primär zur Verwendung empfehlen.
