Das hat - glaube ich jedenfalls - mit der /etc/systemd/sleep.conf nichts zu tun.
Bei mir ist das auch alles auskommentiert.
funktioniert bei mir, auch als user.
Ich denke, hat was mit Berechtigungen zu tun. der Log sieht so aus, vielleicht gibt es da einen Hinweis ?
